McBrides, a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Kent and South East London, has provided key corporate finance advice to a software company during their company sale.
The McBrides Corporate Finance Team began the project by undertaking an indicative valuation analysis for the company. The valuation was used to support the price achieved by the eventual purchaser. They also provided tax related support with regards to a company sale. Throughout the sale process, the McBrides team provided support to their clients legal advisers on the transaction structure forming the commercial aspects of the legal documentation. Assistance with completion matters were also provided including a final cash adjustment.
