McBrides Corporate Finance Team including Mark Grady and Anthony Hawkins were approached by their client who had agreed on a deal to acquire an estate agency. McBrides liaised with their client on the transaction & corporate structure and assisted with financial & tax due diligence enquiries.
The deal negotiations led to structural and deal value price, settlement adjustments. McBrides supported their client and solicitor throughout the negotiations and reviewed the commercial aspects of the transaction documentation.
The transaction was successfully advised through to completion.
