McBrides, a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Kent and South East London, has provided key technical advice as part of a software company sale to a North American company.
McBrides Corporate Finance Team including Tanya Hamilton and Anthony Hawkins who were working with a software company that had previously agreed on a sale to an American entity. Their principal role was to assist in the structuring of the completion accounts mechanism for inclusion within the SPA,
Following completion, the McBrides team assisted in the preparation and agreement of the Completion Accounts. They also provided tax advice and generally acted as a sounding board for their client throughout the transaction.
