Croydon-based accountancy firm MDH, has advised the owners of an estate agency on its acquisition of another business to assist with its acquisition strategy.
Michael Hemme, the Founder and Managing Director at MDH was approached by his client after they wanted assistance in identifying acquisition targets and completing an acquisition. They were keen to understand how they could access a ‘deal’ and structure a transaction once they had identified a suitable target company. Michael and the MDH corporate finance team advised the client from start to finish including negotiating the price, accessing finance to complete the transaction and working with the external solicitors on the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Thanks to the proactive approach of the MDH Corporate Finance team, their client successfully completed the acquisition and has now significantly grown their business.
