Croydon-based accountancy firm MDH has supported an estate agent in acquiring two additional businesses as part of a structured acquisition strategy, enabling the launch of a new office and supporting the firm’s continued expansion.
Michael Hemme, Founder and Managing Director at MDH, worked closely with the business owner to identify the acquisition strategy and guide the process from initial planning through to completion. Michael led the due diligence process, reviewed the financials of both target businesses and provided oversight to support informed decision-making.
Michael also assisted with the implementation plan to help ensure the acquisitions were executed effectively and aligned with the business’s growth objectives.
As a result, the estate agent successfully completed both purchases and established a new office as part of its expansion strategy.
