Shaw Gibbs, a member of The Corporate Finance Network, with offices in Oxford and London, has successfully advised the shareholders of The Revival Group on its sale to MA Group Limited.
Clifford Brown, Head of Corporate Finance at Shaw Gibbs was approached by the shareholders of The Revival Group to explore exit options as they approached retirement. The Revival Group is a provider of disaster recovery services to the UK insurance sector. They support property owners who have been affected by floods, escape of water or fire damage.
After exploring various options for the business, it was decided by the shareholders and with Shaw Gibbs advice, to sell the business via a trade sale to The MA Group. Shaw Gibbs acted as lead advisor to the shareholders throughout the deal.
As a result of the transaction the existing shareholders have been able to exit the business and retire.
